Nancy Friedman

Nancy is a 2024 graduate of the College of Social Work at Florida State University. She utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates mindfulness, emotional regulation, expressive writing, cognitive restructuring, and self-compassion techniques to support clients in reaching their goals. During her internships at HCA and TOC, Nancy worked with clients managing chronic pain, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. In addition to her clinical work, Nancy has experience in career services, in which she provided career advising and planning at the FSU Career Center. Nancy is deeply committed to helping clients thrive in their lives. She looks forward to supporting individuals as they work toward greater well-being and personal growth.
